Dharmadhatu Vagishvara when depicted in sculptures is eight armed, four faced, and reddish white in color. His right face is red, left face is yellowish red and back face is lotus red in color. Vagisvara Manjushri or Dharmadhatu Vagisvara holds the bow and the arrow, the noose and goad, scripture and Khadga and bell and the Vajra in the respective pair of hands. Vagisvara Manjushri or Dharmadhatu Vagisvara sits on moon disc on a double lotus in Lalita attitude. Vagisvara Manjushri or Dharmadhatu Vagisvara wears all the bodhisattva ornaments and garments and bears on his crown an image of Amitabha Buddha.
Another form of Vagisvara Manjushri is single faced. Vagisvara Manjushri or Dharmadhatu Vagisvara holds sword with his right hand and jewel in his left hand. Vagisvara Manjushri or Dharmadhatu Vagisvara resides in the heart of Buddha Ratna Sambhava.
Different forms of Manjushri images in stone and bronze are scattered in various places. More than six dozen images in stone are found in Patan city alone thus deserving the name Manjupattan.
