The Buddhist Ritual Vase, or Bhumba, is the type that is used in many Vajrayana rituals. Usually made of copper and brass, the vase has a spout for pouring consecrated water for purification during various stages of the ritual. There is a remove able cone, or sprinkler, that is usually sealed with peacock feathers.
